Exceptional brand-new hotel with fantastic staff.

We had a wonderful experience in this stunningly beautiful hotel. Our suite had an ironing set, coffee/tea making equipment, and TV. We enjoyed being there.

Lovely hotel with very good wi-fi, the location was excellent to the central bus station. My suite was brand-new and bright. The beds were very big, excellent pool area. The whole experience was extra special, no complains at all, recommend.

I had a relaxing stay and would recommend it to anyone. The room is bright and fabulous with all comforts, including roses and complimentary wine.The staff are absolutely amazing as well as the host.They have a variety of meals to choose from, and the food is fresh.

The rooms were beautiful, light, and airy. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations for food, beaches, and organizing day trips. They even helped me hire an ATV within 20 minutes.

Felt like royalty, no complaint.

The breakfast had a lot of FRESHLY MADE options, and was savoury. The hotel had a marvellous location a short walk from a mountain cable car. It was also short walk to the sea, the city centre of Fira and iconic cliff views that Santorini is known for and the main attractions.

The food was freshly made and the breakfast was savoury. The room was fabulous with complimentary wine and shower plus a spacious bathroom, greatly enjoyed our time there: )

Perfectly clean hotel, and the staff were responsive and helpful, location was perfect in the heart of Fira. Liked the room with a private outdoor jacuzzi, my bed was very big. The breakfast in the restaurant was savoury to start your day.

I recently stayed at Cycladic Suites for a few days and I had an amazing experience. The receptionist, Dior, was incredibly kind and helpful, assisting us with our luggage and providing clear explanations of the room facilities. The room itself was spacious and spotlessly clean, and we were even welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine. The breakfast that we ordered was delicious and plentiful, with omelettes, bread, yogurt, juice. The hotel even waived the breakfast fee for us at check-out and provided a discount on our transportation to Oia. The staff, including the driver, were all friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend!

The hotel was immaculately clean and stunningly beautiful with exceptional staff. The atmosphere created was special. The room was nicely furnished and reasonably large, and had a big size private bathroom. A private safe, air conditioner, and a minibar were much appreciated

Spent an amazing Christmas in Santorini and had a fantastic stay! The staff were incredibly helpful and made us feel right at home. They helped us with our luggage, gave us a thorough explanation of the room facilities, and even offered us a bottle of wine as a welcome drink. The breakfast, which we ordered separately, was delicious and more than enough. The hotel surprised us by not charging us for the breakfast at checkout. They also arranged a driver for us and gave us a discount on the transportation fee. The suite itself was spacious, clean, and had a great view. Highly recommend!

That the location was not as we expected. We were hoping for a view of the Caldera side, but our suite overlooked a scruffy lot and telephone wires.

Great location, close to main square, bus stop, and cable car. Friendly and proactive staff, offering solutions to any issues. Comfortable bed and quality suite. Private driver available for transportation.++
